Hankinnan kohteena on Armilan monitoimiareenan kokonaisvaltaiset suunnittelupalvelut toteutettuna kokonaiskonsulttina. Hankkeessa toteutetaan uusi monitoimiareena ja harjoitushalli, jotka korvaavat nykyisen Kisapuiston jäähallin ja harjoitushallin. Areena on monitoimikäyttöareema (urheilu, konsertit, messut, tapahtumat) Hankkeen laajuus noin 18 000 htm² Katsomokapasiteetti noin 5 500 katsojaa Tapahtumakapasiteetti konserteissa 7 000–7 500 henkilöä
