Description
Käesoleva hankega soovitakse osta arendusressurssi klienditeenuste digitaliseerimise valdkonna arendustöödeks. Vastavalt RHS § 35 lg-le 3 teeb hankija ettepaneku määrata pakkumuse esitamise tähtajaks 10 päevast lühem aeg.
