Description
Upphandlingen avser ett molnbaserat ärendehanteringssystem (SaaS) som ska stödja processer inom VA- och renhållningsverksamhet. Systemet ska vara en konfigurerbar standardlösning, inte kräva omfattande kundanpassning, och möjliggöra ett så nyckelfärdigt införande som möjligt. En planeringsfas genomförs tillsammans med den tilldelade leverantören innan kontrakt tecknas. Syftet är att effektivisera handläggning, förbättra spårbarhet, stärka kundkommunikation samt möjliggöra ökad digital självservice.
