Försvarsmakten har behov av konsulter som innehar militär kompetens. Upphandlingens omfattning samt syftet med upphandlingen är att skapa Ramavtal där konsulttjänster kan avropas med inriktning på strategisk, taktisk och operativ militär kompetens inom följande tre (3) tjänsteområden. - Ledning - Logistikarenan - Markarenan Förutsättning för att Försvarsmakten ska kunna nå målen är att ramavtalsleverantörerna utifrån Försvarsmaktens unika förutsättningar, behov besitter erforderlig kapacitet, kompetens och kvalitet gällande bredd och spets inom de ovan nämnda kompetensområden.
