Description
Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin invites suitably qualified Consultant Teams to tender for Architect or Mechanical/Electrical Consultant Led Integrated Project Team (IPT) Services (including other services) for the Laboratories Deep Retrofit Pathfinder/Lab fit-out Project. The project is located at the University’s Trinity East campus located at Grand Canal Quay. On foot of this procurement procedure Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin (the ‘Contracting Authority’) seeks to award a Contract for the provision of Integrated Project Team Services via a single stage, open competition for the proposed Trinity East Research Laboratories Deep Retrofit Higher Education Energy Efficiency and Decarbonisation Pathfinder Project (the 'Project'). Trinity plans to repurpose Units 1, 2, 3 and 8 to support the vision for the campus as a “living-laboratory”, where refurbishment, decarbonisation and energy efficient operations will demonstrate the highest standards of sustainability.
