Wicklow County Council (the Employer) is seeking an Architect-Led Design Team (the Consultant) to provide services including Employer's Representative for Works Contracts, Assigned Certifier/Design Certifier, and PSDP roles. The team will prepare a detailed design, including a full specification and detailed cost estimates, for a phased building approach (funding-dependent) for the former Bank of Ireland Building, Main Street, Carnew, Co.
