Description
Luleå kommun avser köpa arbetsträningsplatser med syfte att för sina deltagare behålla och utveckla kompetens, vilket kan leda till ökad anställningsbarhet. Med deltagare avses personer som står långt ifrån arbetsmarknaden och varken arbetar eller studerar. Anledningen kan exempelvis vara avsaknad av etablering på arbetsmarknaden, långtidsarbetslöshet på grund av sjukdom eller funktionsnedsättning eller att deltagaren är nyanländ i Sverige.
Award criteria
- Quality — Beställaren kommer tilldela avtal till de leverantörer som uppfyller samtliga kvalificeringskrav (steg 1) samt de obligatoriska kraven (steg 2).
