Upphandlingen avser dels (1) persontransporter till och från daglig verksamhet samt i förekommande fall transport kopplad till verksamheten. Resenär kommer att vara deltagare i daglig verksamhet, ledsagare till deltagare samt personal kopplad till verksamheten. Dels (2) persontransporter till och från dagverksamhet. Majoriteten av transporterna sker med specialfordon då det bland deltagare finns de som är rullstolsburna.
