Description
Procedura di gara aperta, ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D. Lgs. 36/2023, suddivisa in due lotti con inversione procedimentale per la conclusione di un Accordo Quadro con un solo operatore economico per lotto, ai sensi dell’art. 59, comma 3, del D. Lgs. 36/2023, per l’affidamento congiunto (appalto integrato) della progettazione esecutiva e dell’esecuzione dei lavori presso gli immobili di proprietà o nella disponibilità della Asl Rieti, della durata triennale, con opzione di rinnovo per un ulteriore anno.
