Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Dienstleistungen insbesondere in den nachfolgend genannten Bereichen: - Betrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung: Ticket-Handling, Bug-Fixing, Entstörung (jegliche Fehlerbehebung), Softwareupdate und Unterstützung bei Update-Prozessen von Dritten. - Weiterentwicklung (in Form von Changes) und Regie-Arbeiten: Systempflege, Konfigurationsanpassungen, Zusatzfunktionen, Anbindung von Dritt-Systemen, diverse Arbeiten im Monitoring-Bereich der bestehenden technischen Monitoring-Plattform. - Betrieb, Instandhaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Application Performance Plattform Dynatrace.
