Description
Procedura aperta sopra soglia comunitaria per la selezione di un operatore qualificato, ivi incluso le Energy Service Companies (ESCo), per l'affidamento in concessione – mediante partenariato pubblico privato (art. 180 comma 1 del d.lgs 50/2016) – di servizi di prestazione energetica, inclusi la riqualificazione energetica e la gestione dell'Impianto di Pubblica Illuminazione, con la predisposizione dello stesso ai servizi smart city, di proprietà dei Comuni di Borghetto S.Spirito, Finale Ligure, Spotorno, Stella e Provincia di Savona (gallerie e tratti stradali).
