Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση εξοπλισμού για τη λειτουργική αναβάθμιση των μονάδων επεξεργασίας της ΕΕΛ Βαθέος καθώς και όλου του παρελκόμενου Η/Μ και ηλεκτρολογικού εξοπλισμού. Συμπεριλαμβάνονται και όλες οι απαιτούμενες εργασίες για την εγκατάσταση και θέση σε αποδοτική λειτουργία των μονάδων. Επίσης περιλαμβάνεται και η κανονική λειτουργία της για χρονικό διάστημα δώδεκα (12) μηνών.
