Lieu d'exécution : Aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur Attribution de 2 Autorisations d’Occupation Temporaire (« AOT ») constitutives de droits réels et d’un Contrat de Promotion Immobilière (CPI). Les 2 AOT et le CPI étant indissociables. Caractéristiques principales : La société ACA, concessionnaire de l’aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur, projette la réalisation d’un projet immobilier dénommé « lots 4.2A et 4.2B » situé au sein de la ZAC du Grand Arenas (Nice). Les lots 4.2A et 4.2B disposeront d’une surface de plancher respective d’environ 23.160 m² et 12.700 m² et seront composés des programmes suivants : Lot 4.2A : Ce lot donnera lieu : • A l’attribution d’une AOT en vue de la réalisation d’un ensemble de bureaux/commerces/restaurants/activités de services, dont des établissement(s) recevant du public (ERP), d’une surface de plancher (SdP) totale de 18.400 m² environ, ventilée comme suit: - jusqu’à 1.400 m² de surfaces commerciales et activités de services, - un ou plusieurs ERP de 3e catégorie d’au moins 1500 m² de SdP. - et le restant étant de la surface de plancher de bureaux avec des restaurants en pied d’immeuble.
