L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum fixé à 1 300 000 euro(s) H.T., tous lots confondus. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture, l'installation et la mise en service de systèmes dédiés à la réalisation de chimiothérapie hyperthermique intrapéritonéale (CHIP) et intrathoracique (CHIT), la fourniture des consommables et accessoires associés et les prestations de maintenance de ces systèmes (lot 1), ainsi que la location à l'acte de systèmes de CHIP et de CHIT avec assistance, transport et fourniture des consommables (lot 2)
