Description

Πρόκειται για δημόσια σύμβασης μελέτης. Αντικείμενο της μελέτης αποτελεί η αποκατάσταση και η αντιπλημμυρική προστασία του οικισμού Καραβόμυλου που βρίσκεται εντός της ομώνυμης λεκάνης απορροής και των οικισμών Πουλάτα και Χαλιωτάτα που βρίσκονται σε ανάντη περιοχές εντός της λεκάνης απορροής της Σάμης, εξαιτίας των προβλημάτων που προκλήθηκαν λόγω φυσικών καταστροφών από τον μεσογειακό κυκλώνα «Ιανό», όπως και για την αντιμετώπιση μελλοντικών πλημμυρικών φαινομένων, που λόγω της κλιματικής κρίσης η συχνότητά εμφάνισής τους εκτιμάται ότι θα αυξηθεί. Οι κατηγορίες μελετών (άρθρο 2 παρ. 3 περίπτωση 15 του Ν. 4412/16) που απαιτούνται είναι οι εξής: 13 (μελέτες υδραυλικών έργων), 8 (στατικές μελέτες), 10 (μελέτες συγκοινωνιακών έργων), 16 (μελέτες τοπογραφίας), 20 (γεωλογικές μελέτες), 21 (γεωτεχνικές έρευνες & μελέτες), 27 (περιβαλλοντικές μελέτες). Επίσης, απαιτούνται οι εξής γενικές μελέτες: Σχέδιο Ασφάλειας & Υγείας (Σ.Α.Υ.) - Φάκελος Ασφάλειας & Υγείας (Φ.Α.Υ.) και Τεύχη Δημοπράτησης.
