Description

SwAF intends to procure and sign a framework agreement with one (1) supplier for delivery and service of towboats. The SwAF has a need for towboats to build, operate and mange bidge and ferry for ribbon bridge systems in particularly difficult conditions, such as supercooled water with high flow rate. Furthermore, the towboat must be able to operate under fire, hence the sides of the boat shall be equipped with protection that can handle both small arms fire and shrapnel.
