Helsingborgs stad avser att i korthet på Anneroskolan i Helsingborg utföra en ny- och ombyggnation (“Projektet” eller “Entreprenaden”), d v s Projektet eller Entreprenaden omfattar både huvuddel 1 och 2 om inte annat särskilt anges. I vissa fall har B valt att särskilt förtydydliga texten och därvid exempelvis angett att dröjsmålsvite utgår för respektive huvudel, men i merparten av fallen anges inte detta särskilt, utan där gäller aktuell kod för rspektive huvudel. Projektet omfattar rivning av gångbro mot Dalhems Centrum inklusive fundament och stödmurar liksom uppförande av ny fullstor idrottshall med komplement-utrymmen som förråd och omklädningsrum. Vidare ingår i Projektet att uppföra en ny matsal för 130 sittande gäster och ett tillagningskök för ca 500 portioner. Projeket omfattar även ombyggnation av omkringliggande mark till parkering, GC-väg och förskolegård. Efter färdigställandet av nybyggnation av idrottshall m m skall befintlig idrottshall med tillhörande omklädningsrum rivas.
