Upphandlingen avser i huvudsak projektering samt tillverkning av ett kabelsystem (Um=420 kV AC) som ska installeras i en 13,4 kilometer lång tunnel samt kabelkulvert i Stockholm mellan Annebergs transformatorstation i Danderyd och Skanstulls transformatorstation i Hammarby Sjöstad. Anslutningarna i transformatorstationerna är av typ GIS avslut.
