Hanke eesmärk on ATV ja RIHAKEse uute loodavate komponentide ja täiendustööde eelanalüüs, konsultatsioon, arendustööde teostamine rakenduse uute funktsionaalsuste loomiseks ja liidestuste tegemiseks, olemasolevate funktsionaalsuste täiendamiseks vastavalt kasutajate vajadustele, olemasolevate funktsionaalsuste parendamiseks ning rakenduse jätkusuutlikkuse tagamiseks.
