Description
Elering AS teeb avatud hankemenetluse andmeplatvormi arendamiseks. Hanke tulemusel sõlmitakse eduka pakkujaga Raamleping koos esimese Hankelepinguga, mille esemeks on PoC-i (Proof of Concept) läbiviimine. PoC-i edukriteeriumid on sätestatud hanke alusdokumendis „Andmeplatvormi PoCi kirjeldus“ viiendas peatükis. Esimese Hankelepingu täitmise järel ja PoC-i edukuse kinnitamisel Hankija poolt, on Hankijal õigus vastavalt vajadusele tellida Raamlepingu alusel pilvepõhise andmeplatvormi juurutus- ja arendusteenuseid Raamlepingu partnerilt. Esimese Hankelepingu täitmisega seotud Raamlepingu partneri kõik kulutused (sh PoC-i läbiviimisega seotud kulud) katab täies ulatuses Raamlepingu partner. Enne PoC-i edukaks tunnistamist ei tee Hankija raamlepingu alusel hankega seotud kulutusi ega telli tarkvaralisi lahendusi või nendega seotud teenuseid.
