Η σύμβαση έχει σκοπό να κατασκευάσει δίκτυο απορροής ομβρίων υδάτων στο τμήμα της Εθνικής Οδού 2 Θεσσαλονίκης Έδεσσας, από τη Χ.Θ. 42+500 (ισόπεδος κόμβος Μεσσιανού) έως τη Χ.Θ. 47+300 (διπλός κόμβος ρέματος «Τσιναρλί»), να ανακατασκευάσει το κατάστρωμα της οδού και να αναβαθμίσει την ασφάλεια του τμήματος με υλοποίηση νέας μελέτης σήμανσης και ασφάλισης
