Αντικείμενο του παρόντος ΔΣΑ είναι ανάθεση συμβάσεων παροχής υπηρεσιών μεταφοράς μαθητών Δημόσιων Σχολείων των Περιφερειακών Ενοτήτων Κυκλάδων της Περιφέρειας Νοτίου Αιγαίου, με λεωφορεία, ΕΔΧ (ταξί ή ειδικής μίσθωσης) και Ειδικά Διαμορφωμένα Οχήματα, με κριτήριο κατακύρωσης τη χαμηλότερη τιμή ανά δρομολόγιο ή ομάδα δρομολογίων της εκάστοτε πρόσκλησης υποβολής προφορών, σύμφωνα με τα αναλυτικά αναφερόμενα στα Παραρτήματα 1 και 2 της Διακήρυξης.
