Description
Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάπτυξη πληροφοριακού συστήματος που θα υποστηρίζει την ΑΑΔΕ στον σχεδιασμό και στην παρακολούθηση της υλοποίησης του Στρατηγικού και Επιχειρησιακού Σχεδιασμού της. Συγκεκριμένα, η ΑΑΔΕ λειτουργεί με βάση πολυετές Στρατηγικό Σχέδιο και ετήσια Επιχειρησιακά Σχέδια, για τα οποία υπάρχουν συγκεκριμένες διαδικασίες σύνταξης, παρακολούθησης και αναθεώρησης. Ο συγκεκριμένος σχεδιασμός περιλαμβάνει Στόχους, Κρίσιμους Δείκτες Απόδοσης (KPIs) και Έργα – Προγράμματα Έργων.
