Upphandlingen syftar till att täcka Skellefteå Kraft koncernens behov av stöd inom analystjänster och rapportering. Tjänsterna omfattar i huvudsak analystjänster enligt prisbilaga. Upphandlingen syftar bland annat till att täcka Skellefteå Kraftkoncerns behov av stöd inom analystjänster och verifikat från genomförda analyser i samband med uppkomna behov där analyser erfordras. Avtalet omfattar även distribution av provutrustning samt transport och mottagning av prover till avsett laboratorium samt i förekommande fall, utvärdering av analyssvar.
