Description
Genom denna upphandling avser Regionen att upphandla en leverantör som inom ramen för ett helhetsåtagande åtar sig att garantera den fortsatta funktionen för analyser inom analysområdena hematologi, sänka, koagulation och hemoglobinegenskaper vid laboratorierna i Umeå, Skellefteå och Lycksele. Avseende funktionen för analyser inom analysområdena hematologi, sänka och koagulation kan leverantören antingen använda Regionens Ingående/befintlig utrustning avseende hematologi, sänka och koagulation välja att eller ställa dit egen s.k. Egen utrustning. Regionens Ingående/befintlig utrustning avseende hematologi, sänka, koagulation finns upptagen i bilaga Utrustningslista. Avseende analysområdet hemoglobinegenskaper måste leverantören tillhandahålla s.k. Egen utrustning, eftersom Regionen i dagsläget inte äger den utrustning som i nuläget används för att genomföra analyser avseende hemoglobinegenskaper. Det genom denna upphandling upphandlade helhetsåtagandet att garantera den fortsatta funktionen för hematologi, sänka, koagulation och hemoglobinegenskaper benämns härefter som ”Helhetsåtagandet”
