Description
Jordbruksverket bjuder in till att lämna anbud på Jordbruksverkets tillgång till diagnosverksamhet för analys av förekomst av gul och vit potatiscystnematod (Globodera rostochiensis och Globodera pallida). Provtagning för eventuell förekomst av potatiscystnematoder ska ske i syfte att uppfylla krav i EU:s växtskyddsförordning (EU) 2016/2031 om skyddsåtgärder mot växtskadegörare samt i Kommissionens genomförandeförordning (EU) 2022/1192 om åtgärder mot potatiscystnematoder. Ett kontrakterat laboratorium måste uppfylla kraven för att bli utsett som officiellt laboratorium, enligt artikel 37 förordningen (EU) 2017/625 om officiell kontroll och annan offentlig verksamhet. Uppskattad volym framgår av punkt "4.3.5 volym". Den uppskattade volymen är en vägledning och kan därför komma att variera under avtalstiden.
