Description
Arendal kommune, org no. 940 493 021 and Mio BPA AS, org. No. 913 961 471 entered into a contract on 24.5.2023 for personal assistance with health care for users LJ born in 1989. The parties currently agree to continue the contractual relationship with the following changes in the contract point notice deadline and remuneration.
