L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La prestation consiste à réaliser l'entretien, la plantation et l'aménagement de parcelles rurales nécessaires aux compensations environnementales ou à la construction proprement dite de la déviation Est de Marmande. Ces parcelles se situent dans un rayon de 15 km autour de la commune de Marmande (47200)
