Alltid öppet kan nås via Webbläsare på dator och som applikation (app) för IOS och Android. Applikationen är riktad till invånare i Region Stockholm och Region Gotland. Applikationen har stöd för bokning mot bakomliggande journalsystem samt videokonsultation med vården. Alltid öppet är klassificerad till ett Nationellt Medicinskt informationssystem och registrerat hos Läkemedelsverket.
