Stockholms läns sjukvårdsområde (SLSO) har en egenutveckad applikation Alltid öppet. Alltid öppet är en applikation för digital och fysisk kontakt med vården. Alltid öppet kan nås via Webbläsare på dator och som applikation (app) för IOS och Android. Applikationen är riktad till invånare i Region Stockholm och Region Gotland. Applikationen har stöd för bokning mot bakomliggande journalsystem samt videokonsultation med vården. Alltid öppet är klassificerad till ett Nationellt Medicinskt informationssystem och registrerat hos Läkemedelsverket.
