Description
Asker municipality has implemented a competition for air treatment services; The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for a framework agreement for services on air treatment connected to ongoing operation and maintenance of different types of technical installations in all buildings that are owned or operated by the contracting authority. The contract can also include new installations with accompanying engineering design services for ventilation installations if needed. The buildings are of varying age and nature, and it comprises different purpose-built buildings such as health institutions, schools and nurseries, cultural buildings and residences. The framework agreement is for the execution of work within air treatment (including i.a. cooling and ventilation), including the necessary material deliveries. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated annual value of the framework agreement is NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is NOK 150,000,000 excluding VAT.
