Air Corps Pilot and ATC Cadet Assessment Service. 1. To implement a selection competition containing psychometric assessment with aptitude, cognitive, personality and psychomotor tests and competency based interview components. 2. To provide competency-based interview training to Defence Forces personnel as required in support of the selection process. 3. To supply candidate performance feedback reports to comply with Freedom of information legislation.
