Description
Duurzaam en toekomstbestendig renoveren van het De Mirandabad Het hoofdgebouw wordt geïsoleerd en de gebouw- en zwemwaterinstallaties worden vernieuwd. Voor de koepel van het recreatiebad (nu een groot energielek en niet te verzekeren structurele schadepost door glasbreuk) wordt onderzocht hoe deze op duurzame wijze vernieuwd kan worden. Het De Mirandabad wordt na uitvoering volledig aardgasvrij en bijna energieneutraal. Samengevat: - Gasloos: besparing gelijk aan verbruik 445 woningen (in opdracht van Gemeentelijk Vastgoed, versneld in uitvoering tot een tijdelijke hybride situatie). - (Bijna) energieneutraal (BENG-2). - Minimaal >50% minder energieverbruik ten opzichte van de huidige situatie. - Jaarlijkse CO2-reductie van 1.040.000 kg. - Gefaseerde uitvoering van 2025 tot en met 2027.
