Predmet nabave su usluge upravljanja projektom i pravne podrške u provedbi projekta „SUSTAV ODVODNJE I PROČIŠĆAVANJA OTPADNIH VODA AGLOMERACIJE VODICE – TRIBUNJ – SRIMA, FAZA II“. Usluge koje su predmet ovog Ugovora se mogu sažeti u dvije osnovne grupe aktivnosti: 1. Usluge pravne podrške i savjetovanja Naručitelja tijekom pripreme i provedbe Projekta detaljnije opisane u projektnom zadatku. 2. Usluge upravljanja projektom detaljnije opisane u projektnom zadatku. Usluge pravne podrške i savjetovanja te upravljanja projektom u sklopu predmetnog ugovora obuhvaća usluge savjetovanja i podrške Naručitelju u provedbi slijedećih aktivnosti Projekta: 1. Ugovor 1: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - dogradnja kanalizacijske i vodovodne mreže – faza II, ugovor o građenju koji se sklapa prema Uvjetima Ugovora tzv. FIDIC Crvene knjige, prvo izdanje 1999. procijenjene vrijednosti nabave od 53.959.838,00 EUR bez PDV-a 2. Ugovor 2: Aglomeracija VODICE-TRIBUNJ-SRIMA - dogradnja uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda – faza II, ugovor o građenju koji se sklapa prema Uvjetima Ugovora tzv. FIDIC Žute knjige, prvo izdanje 1999. procijenjene vrijednosti nabave od 10.062.500,00 EUR bez PDV-a 3. Ugovor …
