Description

The Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine (DAFM) is responsible for the Irish bovine tuberculosis (TB) eradication programme, which seeks to eradicate infection with Mycobacterium bovis (Bovine TB) from the Irish cattle population. Integral to the TB eradication programme is a robust testing regime using a Single Intradermal Comparative Tuberculin Test (SCITT). DAFM are now inviting tenders from interested parties to supply Tuberculin at the required standards and specifications for use in the testing regime in Ireland.
