L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del Servizio Socio assistenziale, destinato a cittadini diversamente abili, come descritti nel Piano Sociale d’Ambito 2023/2025 Asse Tematico 1: 1. Servizio di Assistenza Domiciliare Disabili (SADD), rivolto ai cittadini disabili fino a 64 anni, residenti nel territorio comunale dell’Aquila, riconosciuti in condizioni di gravità, ai sensi dell’art. 3 comma 3, Legge n° 104/92 e ss mm ii. (previsti circa 120 utenti annuali) 2. Servizio di Assistenza Domiciliare Integrata (ADI), socio-sanitaria, rivolta a cittadini fino a 64 anni, residenti nel territorio comunale dell’Aquila, invalidi, non autosufficienti o affetti da patologie progressivamente invalidanti o terminali. Il Servizio è erogato dal Comune mediante prestazioni orarie. Il Comune dell’Aquila si qualifica come Ente Gestore
