Het azM, tevens handelend onder de naam Maastricht UMC+, is voornemens om de adviesdienstverlening in de bouw en het technisch domein aan te besteden. De adviesdienstverlening is onderverdeeld in vijf (5) percelen zijnde: Architectendienstverlening Installatieadviesdiensten Programmering van huisvesting Constructieadviesdiensten Bouwfysischeadviesdiensten De aanbesteding geschiedt volgens de niet-openbare procedure, waarop iedere ondernemer zich mag aanmelden conform de Europese richtlijn voor overheidsopdrachten 2014/24/EU en de daaruit voortvloeiende "Aanbestedingswet 2012" van 1 juli 2016.
