Analys av produktutbudet hos Region Jämtland Härjedalen. Konsulter med kompetens inom - Projektledning - Verksamhetsanalyser - Omvärlds och framtidsanalyser - data och omvärldsanalyser - genomförandestöd och förändringsledning Syfte och mål Projektet har fyra syften som leverantören förväntas svara upp emot: Att identifiera förbrukningsprodukter med samma eller likartade användningsområden. Att utröna om dessa likvärdiga produkter är ändamålsenliga utifrån regionens ekonomiska förutsättningar, arbetsmiljö, arbetets utförande och kvalitetsaspekter. Med fortsatt kvalité avseende arbetsmiljö och arbetets utförande föreslå vilka artiklar som kan utgå ur beställningsbart sortiment. Identifiera och skapa separat lista med artiklar som ska lagerhållas enligt överenskommelsen om försörjningsberedskap1 och andra identifierade beredskapsperspektiv. Det övergripande målet är att minska produktutbudet för att skapa enkelhet kopplat till upphandling, beställning och lagerhållning. Målet är också att ett minskat produktutbud bedöms medföra direkta och indirekta kostnadsbesparingar.
