Le marché porte sur l?acquisition, la mise en ?uvre, l?hébergement, l?administration et la maintenance d?une application de réservation de transport à la demande. Cet outil a pour but de prendre les réservations via différents canaux digitaux, planifier et optimiser les réservations, assurer le suivi en temps réel des conducteurs pour plusieurs réseaux, sous la maîtrise d?ouvrage du Syndicat Mixte Nouvelle Aquitaine Mobilités. Le marché se compose d?un achat confirmé : ?partie forfaitaire (DPGF) prise en charge par NAM en tant qu?Acheter et couvrant la mise en ?uvre initiale et paramétrage de l?application, le développement des interfaces avec le MaaS MODALIS ; ? bon de commande n°1 déclenché à la notification du marché et couvrant les besoins de 3 acheteurs durant 1 an Et d?une partie accord-cadre couvrant les besoins futurs des adhérents à la centrale d?achat
