Le marché a pour objet la mise en ?uvre, l?exploitation et l?animation d?un service de lignes de covoiturage express, à haut niveau de service. Il comprend notamment : - La réalisation des études d?opportunité / faisabilité nécessaires ; - La mise à disposition d?une application dédiée ; - L?exploitation des lignes et l?animation de la communauté des covoitureurs ; - La fourniture et le déploiement du mobilier nécessaire. Le marché se compose : - d?un achat confirmé (partie forfaitaire, DPGF), pris en charge par NAM en tant qu?Acheteur et qui concerne la mise en place de 5 lignes de covoiturage express réparties sur les deux corridors suivants : - Le corridor A10 comprenant 3 lignes et représentant 22 points d?arrêts ; - Le corridor A62 comprenant 2 lignes et représentant 12 points d?arrêts. - Et d?une partie accord-cadre (partie à prix unitaires, BPU) couvrant les besoins de NAM ou des adhérents à la Centrale d?achat pour la création et l?exploitation d?autres lignes de covoiturage express sur leurs territoires.
