La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture de licences logicielles, la migration de la solution existante vers la solution retenue, les prestations de support et de maintenance et la formation des agents. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants maximum annuels sont pour : la 1ère année, de 90 000 euro(s) HT les 2ème et 3ème années, de 60 000 euro(s) HT
