Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an. Il est reconductible tacitement par période annuelle sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder 4 ans. Les montants estimatifs au sein du présent avis correspondent aux montants maximum annuels. En cas d'atteinte du seuil maximum prévu au marché, il peut être reconduit de manière anticipée pour une nouvelle période d'un an. La durée de l'accord-cadre sera ainsi réduite au prorata des mois anticipés. Le pouvoir adjudicateur informe par écrit le titulaire de cette reconduction anticipée
