Description
Accord-cadre sans minimum, avec un maximum en quantité. L'accord-cadre est composé de 2 lots (voir article 1.3 du RC). Il est conclu pour une durée d'un an à compter de sa notification et est reconductible tacitement sept fois, sans que sa durée n'excède huit ans. Les délais d'exécution seront précisés dans chaque bon de commande. L'entité adjudicatrice n'impose aucune forme de groupement. Possibilité de modifier le DCE au plus tard huit jours avant la DLRO. Pas de variante.
