Description
La présente consultation est passée sous la forme d'un AOO, dans le cadre d'un groupement entre la SAEM SODIPARC, la SAEM SEMTO et le GIE Activ. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre sans minimum, avec un maximum de neuf millions cinq cent mille (9 500 000), et donne lieu à l'émissions de bons de commande. Pas d'allotissement (voir justification dans le RC). Le marché peut être conclu soit avec un candidat unique, soit avec un groupement d'entreprises (solidaire ou conjoint) (voir les dispositions de l'article R.2142-21 du CCP). Variante non autorisée. PSE prévues dans le cadre du présent accord-cadre, voir article 2.5 du RC.
