La consultation a pour objet l'ACQUISITION DE PÉRIODIQUES (LIVRE IMPRIMÉ & LIVRE NUMÉRIQUE) POUR LA MÉDIATHÈQUE - ANNÉE 2025. La forme retenue pour ce marché est celle du marché de type accord cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande avec minimum et maximum passé en application des articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique, dont les montants hors taxes, pour la période initiale du marché ainsi que pour chaque période de reconduction le cas échéant, sont définis comme suit : Minimum 3000,00 HT - Maximum 12000,00 HT.
