Montant HT minimum pour la durée totale du contrat : 90000.0 Euro(s) H.T. Montant HT maximum pour la durée totale du contrat : 900000.0 Euro(s) HT. L'accord-cadre est réparti en 8 lots. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet l'acquisition de livres non scolaires pour les services du Département de Lot-et-Garonne. Ces fournitures ont vocation à être utilisées dans le cadre des usages suivants : - mise à disposition des bibliothèques et médiathèques municipales ou intercommunales du département en vue d'un prêt aux usagers de ces services ; - usage interne par les services départementaux et le Foyer de l'enfance « Balade ». L'ouverture des plis n'est pas publique. La date d'ouverture est prévisionnelle"
