Description
Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre conclu avec un seul opérateur économique fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles, conformément aux articles R2162-1 et suivants du Code de la Commande Publique, et exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées aux articles R2162-13 et suivants du même Code. Lot unique conclu avec les montants annuels suivants : minimum annuel de 30 000 euros HT, maximum annuel de 70 000 euros HT. L'accord cadre est conclu à compter du 15 avril 2024, ou de la date de notification si elle est postérieure, jusqu'au 14 avril 2025. Il sera reconductible 2 fois par période d'un an.
