Description
Le présent accord cadre couvre les besoins en gros matériels, meubles, et équipements nécessaires au fonctionnement de la Restauration collective, du restaurant municipal, du Centre de Formation des Apprentis municipal, des cuisines satellites, et aux opérations d'aménagement de selfs services dans les établissements scolaires. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de définir les termes régissant des futurs marchés à passer (désignés ci-après marchés subséquents) pour l'achat et la livraison de divers matériels d'équipement de cuisine. Toutefois, les besoins spécifiques du Centre de Formation des Apprentis municipal relatifs à la boulangerie/pâtisserie (chambres de pousse, four de cuisson pains…), ne sont pas couverts par le présent contrat et feront l'objet de consultations spécifiques.
