Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la passation d'un marché de fourniture de documents imprimés, livres audios, CD, vinyles et DVD. Ces achats sont destinés au fonctionnement courant du service de prêt et à l'enrichissement des collections des Bibliothèques-Médiathèques de Metz ainsi qu'à la création du fonds de la médiathèque Jean-Macé en reconstruction
