Description

In vederea desfasurarii in bune conditii a activitatilor specifice, Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Resita, intentioneaza sa achizitioneze pentru activitatea proprie si in limita bugetului aprobat ACORD CADRU Servicii de colectare si eliminare a deseurilor spitalicesti inclusiv furnizare ambalaje de colectare” conform caiet de sarcini . Frecventa contractelor subsecvente ce urmeaza a fi atribuite va fi anual in functie de existenta resurselor financiare alocate cu aceasta destinatie . Atribuirea Contractelor subsecvente conf.art.118 alin 1 lit. b , art. 119 din Legea 98/2016 cu reluarea competitiei : autoritatea contractantă reia competiţia pe baza aceloraşi termeni şi condiţii aplicate pentru atribuirea acordului-cadru, detaliate acolo unde este necesar şi completate dacă este cazul cu alţi termeni şi condiţii prevăzute în documentaţia de atribuire Raspunsul la solicitarile de clarificari va fi trasnmis de catre autoritatea contractanta cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor 20 zile
